At Mauzy, we believe that being a part of the community means showing up, supporting local traditions, and celebrating the people who make our neighborhoods special. That’s why we were proud to serve as a sponsor of the Fallbrook Avocado Festival, one of Southern California’s most beloved annual events. Known as the “Avocado Capital of the World,” Fallbrook comes alive each year as thousands of residents and visitors gather to enjoy a day filled with local vendors, live entertainment, delicious food, and, of course, plenty of avocados.
Mauzy values opportunities to connect with families, homeowners, and fellow businesses throughout the region. Our team enjoyed meeting attendees, sharing information about our services, and participating in the excitement that makes the festival such a successful community event year after year.
Spring Sprint Triathalon

Mauzy was proud to sponsor this year’s Spring Sprint Triathlon in San Diego, an event that brought together athletes of all experience levels for a day of fitness, determination, and community. Hosted at Mission Bay, the triathlon welcomed participants competing in swimming, cycling, and running events while celebrating healthy, active lifestyles. Supporting local events like the Spring Sprint Triathlon is one of the many ways Mauzy gives back to the San Diego community. We enjoyed connecting with participants, volunteers, and fellow sponsors while cheering on every athlete who crossed the finish line. Gator by the Bay

Mauzy was excited to be part of this year’s Gator By the Bay Festival, one of San Diego’s favorite celebrations of Cajun and Creole music, food, and culture. The event brought the community together for a weekend of live entertainment, great food, and family-friendly fun along the San Diego waterfront. Our team enjoyed meeting festival attendees, sharing information about our cooling, heating, plumbing, and electrical services, and connecting with the community we proudly serve. kroc center san diego check donation

Mauzy was honored to donate $1,250 to The Salvation Army Kroc Center San Diego in support of its scholarship program, helping provide local children and families with access to enriching programs and summer camp opportunities. During one of the Kroc Center’s summer camp days, our team had the privilege of presenting the donation check in person and seeing firsthand the positive impact these programs have on the community. It was a wonderful opportunity to support an organization that is dedicated to empowering youth through education, recreation, and personal development. At Mauzy, we’re proud to invest in programs that help strengthen our community and create opportunities for local families. We look forward to continuing our partnership with organizations like the Kroc Center that make a lasting difference throughout San Diego.

Mauzy was proud to support Lemon Avenue Elementary School by donating the use of one of our trucks for their float in this year’s La Mesa Flag Day Parade. It was an honor to help the school participate in this beloved community tradition and celebrate the spirit of patriotism and local pride. We’re especially excited to congratulate Lemon Avenue Elementary on earning first place in the parade’s float competition. Seeing the students, staff, and volunteers recognized for their creativity and hard work made the day even more rewarding. At Mauzy, we believe in supporting local schools and community events that bring people together, and we’re grateful to have played a small part in this memorable achievement.
san diego humane society volunteer day

The Mauzy team recently visited the San Diego Humane Society’s Escondido Campus for a meaningful day of volunteering and learning. Team members created enrichment toys designed to keep shelter animals engaged, stimulated, and comfortable while they await adoption. In addition to volunteering, the team toured the campus and gained insight into the incredible work the Humane Society does to care for, rehabilitate, and find homes for animals in need. It was a rewarding experience that allowed us to give back to the community while supporting a great cause and the animals they serve.
