When a referred customer completes a qualifying paid job:
• Referring customer (existing Mauzy customer): Receives a $100 service credit
• New customer (referred friend): Receives $50 off their first service/repair
The standard default can be set as $100 service credit for the referrer and $50 off for the new customer.
To encourage multiple referrals from the same customer, Mauzy can offer the following rewards:
• 1st successful referral: $100 service credit
• 3rd successful referral: Upgrade to 1 full year of Smart Membership.
• 5th successful referral: $250 credit OR 2 years Smart Membership (VIP thank-you).
Operations/Marketing should track the total number of successful referrals per customer using a Referral Count field in the CRM or a shared tracking sheet.

1. Eligibility – Referrer: Must be an existing Mauzy customer.
2. Eligibility – Referred Customer: New residential customer only (no prior Mauzy jobs within the last 3 years, or per final policy).
3. Qualifying Job: Referral is considered successful when the referred customer completes a paid job meeting the minimum job amount (e.g., $250 or $500, to be finalized). No rewards are issued on canceled, unpaid, or warranty-only jobs.
4. Reward Timing: Credits and Smart Membership extensions are applied within 14–30 days after the job is completed and paid in full.
5. Limits: Mauzy may optionally limit rewards to a set number of successful referrals per household per calendar year (e.g., up to 10).
6. Non-Cash Status: Service credits and Smart Membership time have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold.
7. Right to Modify: Mauzy reserves the right to change or end the referral program at any time, with or without notice, while honoring rewards already earned.
