This program allows you to finance these upgrades over time, without counting as a personal line of credit or a personal loan against your personal credit. The HERO Program rolls payments into your yearly property tax bills, and these payments stay with the property, not with you. You always have the option of applying for the HERO Program directly, but for an easier approach, we can help you with the application process!
